01 / why i started fa

Why I started FA.

I've watched aesthetic medicine from every side: as a patient, as someone who follows the field closely, as a professional at Epic and beyond. What keeps me coming back is the speed. The field moves faster than almost any corner of medicine.

Most practices can't keep up. Surgeons and the people running their practice can't stay current on digital strategy the way they stay current on what they're performing in the OR or clinic. Patients miss what they could have. Practices miss who they could reach.

Closing that gap serves both sides. Surgeons get a partner who knows the digital terrain as it expands. Patients get connected to the right procedure at the right time, at a price that makes the decision feel possible. I work with a small number of practices at a time. I embed, learn the business from the inside, and treat their growth as my own.

Fractional Aesthetics is new. That's the point. The agencies that defined the last era weren't built for what comes next. After two decades across health systems, consumer tech, and AI healthcare, all of it was preparation for this.
