This is a sample. A real audit of a real practice, shown with identifying details removed.
The audit is the scorecard itself. The review is the thirty minutes we spend going through it together.
VISIBILITY
SCORECARD
A 533,000-follower Instagram sits above a website that most AI search tools and Google barely recognize. Your visibility, which places you in the room-for-improvement range. The audience exists; the discoverable proof that converts it into consultations does not, and that gap is what patients feel first.
Strengths
Patients can schedule through a third-party scheduler linked from repeated booking buttons across the site. A patient ready to act can act, which is the moment most practices lose.
Your mobile performance score is 57, in the middle range. Since most aesthetic patients browse on phones, a page that loads at usable speed keeps them from bouncing before they read anything.
Your listing shows hours, categories, and accessibility details. That base gives Google something to display, though it is not yet built out enough to distinguish you as an aesthetic practice.
Costliest gaps
A direct check found zero of the code labels that tell search engines what your business is. Google is left guessing what you offer, so you surface less often when patients search.
Checked directly, your homepage has no results gallery; proof lives only in video and social. Patients comparing surgeons expect to see outcomes on the site, and are more likely to pick a practice that shows them.
Across 90 AI answers (the responses ChatGPT and Google's AI give patients), your practice was named twice. As more patients ask AI for a surgeon, you tend to be left out of the shortlist entirely.
Your Google listing has zero questions or answers. Common patient questions go unanswered at the moment of decision, and an unattended listing reads as less active than competitors'.
Your Doctoralia Mexico profile lists you under Miguel Hidalgo rather than your Benito Juarez address. A wrong location and an uncorrected profile make patients hesitate about whether the details they see are current.
Discuss the findings
Let's talk through what the audit found and what it means for your practice. The conversation turns a large audience and a working booking flow into patients who actually find you and choose you.
Lazar preps before the call: search engines cannot read what your site is, and no before-and-after gallery on the site, both mapped in advance, plus every item marked In your review, ready to walk through together.

The goal: a diagnostic read of what a patient, or a referring doctor, sees from the outside, working only from what is openly on display and never from the practice's own dashboards or private analytics. It intentionally does not prescribe fixes, because effective solutions need further conversation and analysis to get right.

- Two kinds of number
- Scores of 0 to 3 are ours, applied from this rubric. Figures such as Google's PageSpeed result, your star rating, review counts and follower counts are third-party measurements we read and report, not numbers we assign
