What the audit found

Patients searching for you in Las Vegas find a solid website but a Google presence that has gone quiet. Your visibility scored 49 out of 100, which leaves clear room for improvement. The gap most at stake is how inactive your Google profile looks next to competitors, and it is worth a closer look together.

What is working

  1. Your Google categories are dialed in. Your Google profile carries seven aesthetic-relevant categories, from skin care clinic to plastic surgery. This is the top score here and helps the right patients find you for the right treatments.
  2. Booking button is easy to find. A clear scheduling button sits at the top of your site on mobile, where most patients land. When someone is ready to book, the next step is right in front of them.
  3. Your site loads at a reasonable speed. Mobile speed scored 70 out of 100, in the solid range. Patients on phones are not waiting long, so fewer drop off before they see what you offer.

Where consultations are going elsewhere

  1. Your Google profile looks inactive. No posts in the last 30 days, and no evidence of posts at all. Patients comparing practices read silence as a practice that is quiet, and are more likely to pick one that looks active.
  2. No questions or answers on Google. Your Q&A section is empty. Patients ask real questions there before booking, and with nothing answered they tend to move to a practice that addressed the same question first.
  3. Search engines see only a generic business. Your code labels, the ones that tell search engines what your business is, read as a general local business without the medical or physician detail. You risk losing ground in AI search, the answers ChatGPT and Google's AI give patients.
  4. Thin presence on aesthetic directories. You have a RealSelf profile, but the other directories patients check are not confirmed and the RealSelf listing status is unclear. Patients who compare across sites see less of you than of competitors.
  5. Your Instagram bio sends patients nowhere specific. The bio holds one plain link to your homepage. Patients arriving from social have to hunt for booking or a treatment, and some leave before they find it.

Area by area

Local presence and Google 42%

Your Google profile is claimed and its categories are strong, so the right patients can find you. The cost is silence: no recent posts, an empty questions section. Patients comparing practices read that as inactive and tend to pick one that looks busier.

Website and booking 84%

This is your strongest area. The site loads at a reasonable speed and the booking button sits right at the top on mobile. Several parts, including how appointments are actually made, need a closer look than public data alone allows, and we walk through those together.

Reputation and proof (not scored)

Reputation, reviews, before-and-after galleries, and your credentials, could not be scored from public data. These carry heavy weight with patients choosing a surgeon, so we review them directly in the meeting rather than guess from the outside.

Content and discoverability 34%

Search engines currently see a generic business, not a medical practice with a physician. That weakens how you surface in AI search, the answers ChatGPT and Google give patients. Blog depth and video indexing we review together, since public data does not show them.

Social and community 33%

Your Instagram highlights exist and a bio link is present, both partway there. The bio sends patients only to your homepage, and highlights are not organized by where a patient is in deciding. Both mean visitors work harder to reach booking.

Identity and listings 35%

You are on RealSelf, but the other directories patients check are not confirmed and consistency across your listings needs review. When your name, address, and phone number differ between sites, patients trust the picture less. We walk through the full set together.

About this sample

This practice did not request the audit and has not seen it. Redaction bars mark where a practice name, address, phone number, or web address would appear. Every score and finding is what the audit produced.

Fractional Aesthetics is a growth strategy practice for aesthetic medical businesses. "Fractional" describes how the work is bought: senior strategic help on a part-time basis, without a full-time hire.

FAx is our audit: 34 scored items covering a practice's public presence, from Google and reviews to website, content, AI search, social, and listings. Every signal is publicly observable, so nothing is required from the practice to run one. The audit names what is working and what each gap costs. It does not prescribe fixes, because those need a conversation.
