This is a sample. A real audit of a real practice, shown with identifying details removed.
The audit is the scorecard itself. The review is the thirty minutes we spend going through it together.
VISIBILITY
SCORECARD
Patients asking ChatGPT and Google's AI about surgery in your market hear your name often, which is real strength. But your Google map profile is thin and your visibility overall, leaving room for improvement. That gap between AI answers and everything else is what is most at stake.
Strengths
In AI search (the answers ChatGPT and Google's AI give patients), your practice was named in over half of test answers and your site cited as a source in most. Patients researching you are more likely to find you.
On a phone, a Book Now button sits at the top of your homepage. A patient ready to act does not have to hunt for the next step, so you tend to hold interest at the moment it counts.
Your site carries the code labels that tell search engines what your business is (clinic, organization, services). This helps engines classify you correctly, though patient-review and FAQ labels are not yet present.
Costliest gaps
Your Google profile lists only Doctor and generic types, with no plastic surgery or cosmetic category. When patients search for aesthetic work, Google is less likely to surface you, so those searches tend to reach competitors instead.
Your Google profile shows no services menu, only Website and Directions. Patients comparing options on the map see nothing about what you offer, so they are more likely to pick a profile that spells it out.
Your mobile speed scored 20 out of 100. Most patients arrive on a phone, and a slow page tends to lose them before they read anything, sending them to a faster competitor's site.
Your Google profile Q&A section has no questions or answers. Patients asking common questions there see silence, and an unanswered profile tends to read as less active than one that responds.
Your most recent blog post is from 2025 with nothing in 2026. To a patient comparing practices, older content makes you look less active than a competitor publishing regularly.
Discuss the findings
Let's sit down and walk through what the audit found and what it means for the patients trying to find you. The conversation turns a strong AI-search position into visibility that shows everywhere patients look.
Lazar preps before the call: your Google categories do not say what you do, and no services listed on your Google profile, both mapped in advance, plus every item marked In your review, ready to walk through together.

The goal: a diagnostic read of what a patient, or a referring doctor, sees from the outside, working only from what is openly on display and never from the practice's own dashboards or private analytics. It intentionally does not prescribe fixes, because effective solutions need further conversation and analysis to get right.
